ТЕРРИТОРИАЛЬНО-ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЕ УСТРОЙСТВО СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ГОСУДАРСТВ

В статье на основе научно-практического анализа публичных лекций и бесед автора в социальных сетях по проблемам развития современных моделей федерализма в мире раскрываются основные источники процесса стабилизации политических и правовых основ территориально-политического устройства современных государств. Дается характеристика особенностям развития этнофедерализма в СССР. Делается попытка выявления и обоснования роли современных федеративных отношений в обеспечении государственной стабильности Российской Федерации.

Based on the scientific and practical analysis of the author's public lectures and conversations in social networks on the problems of the development of modern models of federalism in the world, the article reveals the main sources of the process of stabilization of the political and legal foundations of the territorial-political structure of modern states. The characteristics of the development of ethno-federalism in the USSR are given. An attempt is made to identify and substantiate the role of modern federal relations in ensuring state stability of the Russian Federation.
