The purpose of this article is to explore how to help Chinese enterprises in their digital transformation. Based on a review and analysis of literature related to digital transformation at home and abroad, and taking into account the current situation of digital transformation in Chinese enterprises, specific recommendations are made for the development of digital transformation plans in terms of strategy, organization, technology and talent. It is proposed that enterprises realize the digital strategy, establish digital leadership, improve the digital capabilities of their organizations, adopt new technologies such as cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, and focus on training digital talent. The findings of this article can serve as a guide and lesson for Chinese enterprises to implement digital transformation and promote their sustainable development in the digital age.
