В ходе проведенного исследования произведено изучение современных вопросов и направлений эволюции сферы субсидиарной ответственности, которая применяется в контексте банкротства. Выделены аспекты правового регулирования наследования субсидиарной ответственности при банкротстве. Представлены примеры юридической практики. Выполнен обзор теоретических сведений по данной проблеме, сформулированы авторские выводы.
In the course of the conducted research, modern issues and directions of the evolution of the sphere of subsidiary liability, which is applied in the context of bankruptcy, are studied. The aspects of legal regulation of inheritance of subsidiary liability in bankruptcy are highlighted. Examples of legal practice are presented. The review of theoretical information on this problem is carried out, the author's conclusions are formulated.
