ДИНАМИКА УМНЫХ ГОРОДОВ В МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ РЕЙТИНГАХ В ВОСТОЧНОЙ АЗИИ: КЕЙС ШАНХАЯ И СЕУЛА

Татья посвящена изучению уровня цифровизации Шанхая и Сеула, исследованию тенденций развития и определению их актуальности. Выделен текущий уровень интеграции информационных технологий в Китае и Южной Корее в рамках адаптации экономической системы к четвертой промышленной революции с учетом применения ИИ в развитии городской среды. Благодаря анализу таких показателей, как глобальный инновационный индекс, индекс сетевой готовности и рейтинг мировой цифровой конкурентоспособности были определены позиции стран в мировых рейтингах и динамика цифрового прогресса, потенциал внутреннего рынка и готовность государств к вызовам. Степень интеграции различных инновационных систем на базе искусственного интеллекта интересна к рассмотрению в «умных» городах на конкретных примерах, как и поиск различий в векторах развития и внедрения автоматизации процессов. Проведен анализ основных показателей развития цифровой экономики Шанхая и Сеула. Обосновано, что Сеул фокусируется на привлечении граждан к инновационной деятельности, в то время как Шанхай делает упор на совершенствование в дорожно-транспортной сфере и здравоохранении.

Annotation The article focuses on the study of the level of digitalization of Shanghai and Seoul, the study of development trends and determination of their relevance. The current level of integration of information technologies in China and South Korea in the adaptation of the economic system to the fourth industrial revolution, taking into account the application of AI in the development of the urban environment, has been allocated. The analysis of indicators such as the global innovation index, the network readiness index and the rating of the world digital competitiveness determined the positions of countries in the world rankings and the dynamics of digital progress, the potential of the out-of-trend market and the readiness of States to meet challenges. The degree of integration of various innovation systems based on artificial intelligence is interesting to consider in «smart» cities on concrete examples, as well as the search for differences in the vectors of development and the introduction of process automation. The analysis of the main indicators of development of the digital economy of Shanghai and Seoul. Seoul focuses on engaging citizens in innovative activities, while Shanghai emphasizes improving its transportation and healthcare sectors.
