ТЕНДЕНЦИИ РАЗВИТИЯ ПРОГРАММ АКАДЕМИЧЕСКОЙ МОБИЛЬНОСТИ МЕЖДУ РОССИЕЙ И ФРАНЦИЕЙ

В данной статье рассмотрены существующие проблемы в сфере реализации программ академической мобильности для обеспечения эффективного обмена научным, практическим и деловым опытом между студентами Российской Федерации и Франции. Подробному анализу подвергнуты ранее функционирующие и существующие программы. Охарактеризованы тенденции развития передвижения студентов, магистрантов и выпускников в рамках сложившихся за последние года трудностей, а также результаты действий высших учебных заведений в новых условиях. В заключение предложены актуальные пути реализации, выводы и рекомендации по возможному осуществлению целей на практике.

This article examines the existing problems in the implementation of academic mobility programs to ensure an effective exchange of scientific, practical and business experience between students of the Russian Federation and France. Previously functioning and existing programs have been subjected to a detailed analysis. The trends in the development of the movement of students, undergraduates and graduates within the framework of the difficulties that have developed in recent years, as well as the results of the actions of higher educational institutions in new conditions, are characterized. In conclusion, the current ways of implementation, conclusions and recommendations on the possible implementation of the goals in practice are proposed.
