В статье рассмотрены инструменты эффективного управления в текущих рыночных условиях на основе применения концепции бережливого производства и системы менеджмента качества (СМК). Также рассмотрена возможность их совместного внедрения для достижения максимального эффекта управления предприятием. Отдельно рассмотрены их схожесть и различия с учетом сильных и слабых сторон, а также интеграция данных инструментов в наукоемкой сфере.
The article discusses the tools of effective management in the current market conditions based on the application of the concept of lean manufacturing and quality management system. The possibility of their joint implementation to achieve the maximum effect of enterprise management is also considered. Their similarities and differences are considered separately, taking into account their strengths and weaknesses, as well as the integration of these tools in the knowledge-intensive field.
