Social Health as a Factor in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development

The article is a discussion of social health issues relevant to sustainable development. They are especially clear in the reproductive part of the labor force. As a result, the question of adaptation to other conditions of the natural and social environment arises. The most sensitive to a foreign culture are young people studying in educational institutions. Sustainability is associated with such a concept as “social health”. The article clarifies the concepts of “social health of a person”, “social health of the population” as factors of sustainable development. Identified and justified such criteria of social health as demographic; morbidity and sanitary and epidemiological problems; ecological, socialization, lifestyle, self-actualization, functional state and adaptation. The creation of a socio-psychological portrait of heterogeneous groups is important for modeling the dynamics of the transformation of value orientations in the aspect of synergetic as an important condition for the social health of a person and a population. The scientific and educational environment can become the center of social health and a predictor of sustainable development.
