On the clinical pharmacology of isoniazid (Literature survey)

Data of a comparative assessment of procedures for isoniazid phenotyping and acetylation as well as the significance of the nature of its metabolism in treating tuberculosis, and contemporary concepts as to the causes underlying the individual hepatotoxicity of the drug are discussed.
