Development of Online Services System for Banking Organizations

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the quality and ensuring information security of online banking services. The structure of indicators of the quality of online banking services is proposed, information threats are analyzed. The issues of information security for the online banking services system are considered. Recommendations are given for the development of banking IT services targeted on improving the quality and security of online customer service system performance. © 2023 IEEE.
