в статье рассмотрены этапы развития систем юридического образования в СНА, Германии и Китае. Даны характеристики подготовки юристов в указанных странах. Выявлены актуальные направления развития образования в исследуемых странах.

the article examines the stages of development of legal education systems in the SNA, Germany and China. The characteristics of the training of lawyers in these countries are given. Current trends in the development of education in the countries under study have been identified.
