In the article, the author examines what the phenomenon of red lipstick is. The main elements of the fashion industry at the present stage were identified. Important moments in the history of red lipstick are marked. The composition of red lipstick has been studied in detail. The regulatory framework in the field of testing cosmetics on animals has been studied.
