ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ РЫНОЧНЫХ ИНСТРУМЕНТОВ РЕЦИРКУЛЯРНОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ В ОТРАСЛЕВОМ АСПЕКТЕ

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы, связанные с рециклингом и влиянием на экономику негативных факторов производственной деятельности на окружающую среду в разрезе международного и отечественного опыта. Рассматриваются предпосылки создания концепции рециклинга, возможности процессов хеджирования современных релевантных рисков, исходя из опыта страны или региона. Также анализируются структурные и внедренческие аспекты теоретической и практической реализации концепции в отраслевом аспекте. Сделан анализ применения ряда рыночных инструментов в рециклинговой экономике, сформулированы пути решения текущих задач учитывая специфику страны. Показана важность и возможность стабильного функционирования экономики в условиях внедрения компонента рециклинга.

The article examines the main problems associated with recycling and the impact on the economy of negative factors of production activities on the environment in the context of international and domestic experience. The prerequisites for the creation of the recycling concept, the possibilities of hedging processes of modern relevant risks, based on the experience of a country or region, are considered. The structural and implementation aspects of the theoretical and practical implementation of the concept in the sectoral aspect are also analyzed. The analysis of the application of several market instruments in the recycling economy is made, ways of solving current problems are formulated, taking into account the specifics of the country. The importance and possibility of stable functioning of the economy in the context of the introduction of the recycling component is shown.
