МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД К ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬЮ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ

В России, на современном этапе развития экономики, все большее значение приобретают вопросы защиты предприятий от внешних и внутренних угроз. Опасность предприятий зависит от степени вмешательства государства в экономику. Актуальность вопроса опасности предприятий связана с появлением большого количества предприятий, у которых разнообразные формы собственности (государственная, частная, коллективная и др.). Поэтому возникает вопрос конкурентной борьбы между ними. Также на опасность предприятий влияет несовершенство законодательной базы и государственных структур. Кризисные явления, неопределенности экономической ситуации в стране, требуют от предприятий усиленного внимания к вопросам экономической безопасности, главной ее составляющей финансовой безопасности, своевременное выявление и нейтрализация угроз и опасностей, которые могут негативным образом повлиять на результаты деятельности предприятий в интересах их устойчивого развития. В современной экономической ситуации предприятия основной портовой деятельности имеют экономическую самостоятельность, сами определяют свою экономическую, финансовую и инвестиционную политику, формируют портфель заказов, осуществляют перегрузки грузов, отвечают за результаты деятельности, все это обусловливает проблему обеспечения экономической безопасности. Одним из вопросов поддержания экономического положения является рост экономической безопасности предприятий. Проблематику безопасности, в частности экономическую безопасность, в научных источниках, освещают многие ученые, в научной литературе дано много определений этого понятия. Каждый ученый имеет свой взгляд на этот вопрос, а также на вопрос обеспечения экономической безопасности, но те исследования, которые были проведены, недостаточны в области безопасности предприятий основной портовой деятельности.

In Russia, at the current stage of economic development, the issues of protection of enterprises from external and internal threats are becoming increasingly important. The danger of enterprises depends on the degree of government intervention in the economy. The relevance of the issue of danger of enterprises is associated with the emergence of a large number of enterprises that have a variety of forms of ownership (state, private, collective, etc.). Therefore, there is a question of competitive struggle between them. Also, the imperfection of the legislative framework and government structures affects the danger of enterprises. Crisis phenomena, uncertainties of the economic situation in the country, require from the enterprises increased attention to the issues of economic security, its main component of financial security, timely identification and neutralization of threats and dangers that can negatively affect the results of enterprises in the interests of their sustainable development. In the modern economic situation the enterprises of the main port activity have economic independence, determine their own economic, financial and investment policy, form a portfolio of orders, carry out cargo transshipment, are responsible for the results of activity, all this determines the problem of ensuring economic security. One of the issues of maintaining the economic situation is the growth of economic security of enterprises. The problematics of security, in particular economic security, in scientific sources, is covered by many scientists, in scientific literature there are many definitions of this concept. Each scientist has his own view on this issue, as well as on the issue of ensuring economic security, but those studies that have been conducted are insufficient in the field of security of enterprises of the main port activity.
