СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ БИЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕССА ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ЛАБОРАТОРНОГО УЧАСТКА ДЛЯ РАЗРАБОТКИ ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЦЕССОВ

В настоящей статье авторами проведен анализ теоретических аспектов формирования бизнес-архитектуры предприятия; более подробно рассмотрен бизнес-процесс организации участка с лабораторным оборудованием для разработки технологических процессов; выявлены все обязательные элементы бизнес-процесса, который подробно описан в формате «как есть»; проведен реинжиниринг представленного бизнес-процесса; уточнены роли участников бизнес-процесса, где сделан акцент на исполнении трудовых функций инженеров при выполнении специфических подэтапов рассматриваемого бизнес-процесса; проведена оценка рисков в части исполнения сроков реализации подэтапов; представлена шкала оценка качества выполнения бизнес-процесса с демонстрацией полученных результатов.

In this article, the authors analyzed the theoretical aspects of the formation of the business architecture of the enterprise; the business process of organizing a site with laboratory equipment for the development of technological processes was considered in more detail; all the mandatory elements of the business process were identified, which is described in detail in the “as is” format; the reengineering of the presented business process was carried out; the roles of business process participants were clarified the process, where the emphasis is placed on the performance of the labor functions of engineers when performing specific subtapes of the business process in question; an assessment of risks in terms of meeting the deadlines for the implementation of sub-steps was carried out; a scale for assessing the quality of the business process was presented with a demonstration of the results obtained.
