Целью работы является изучение особенностей процесса усыновления детей оставшихся без опеки родителей на территории КНР. Изучены особенности действующего законодательства КНР, а также последние новеллы в рассматриваемой сфере. Данная проблема является актуальной не только на территории КНР, но и на международном уровне.
FEATURES OF ADOPTION OF CHILDREN LEFT WITHOUT PARENTAL CARE IN PRC
The purpose of the work is to study the features of the adoption process of children left without parental care in the territory of the PRC. The features of the current legislation of the People's Republic of China, as well as the latest novelties in the field under consideration, are studied. This problem is relevant not only on the territory of the People's Republic of China, but also at the international level.
