ЗАКУПОЧНАЯ КОМИССИЯ ХАЛЕПСКОГО КАК ПЕРВЫЙ ЭТАП КОМПЛЕКСА МЕРОПРИЯТИЙ ПО СОЗДАНИЮ СОВЕТСКИХ АВТОБРОНЕТАНКОВЫХ ВОЙСК

Статья посвящена работе закупочной комиссии И.А. Халепского 1930 года, занимавшейся закупкой новейших образцов техники за границей. На основании анализа источников и современной историографии воссоздан ход работы комиссии, переосмыслена ее роль в системе строительства советского военно-промышленного комплекса. Сделан вывод о системном характере закупок и о его фундаментальном значении для становления советских автобронетанковых войск.

THE HALEPSKY PROCUREMENT COMMISSION AS THE FIRST STAGE OF THE COMPLEX OF MEASURES FOR THE CREATION OF SOVIET ARMORED TROOPS

The article is devoted to the work of the procurement commission of I.A. Halepsky in 1930, engaged in the purchase of the latest models of equipment abroad. Based on the analysis of sources and modern historiography, the course of the commission's work is recreated, its role in the construction system of the Soviet military-industrial complex is rethought. The conclusion is made about the systemic nature of procurement and its fundamental importance for the formation of Soviet armored forces.
