ПОЛИТИЧЕСКАЯ СИСТЕМА СОВРЕМЕННОЙ РОССИИ: КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ ИНСТИТУТЫ И СПЕЦИФИКА ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ

Статья посвящена изучению проблем нынешней политической системы Российской Федерации. Проведен разбор недостатков формирования политической культуры в нашей стране. Принят во внимание факт низкого уровня влияния гражданского общества на политические процессы в России. Подчеркнуто, что особая роль Президента и недостаток партийной культуры в обществе ведут и к специфическому функционированию института парламентаризма. В итоге сегодня мы наблюдаем ускоряющееся размежевание интересов бюрократии и населения в целом, что рано или поздно может привести страну к кризису.

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of the current political system of the Russian Federation. An analysis of the shortcomings of the formation of political culture in our country was carried out. The fact of the low level of influence of civil society on political processes in Russia is taken into account. It is emphasized that the special role of the President and the lack of party culture in society lead to the specific functioning of the institution of parliamentarism. As a result, today we are witnessing an accelerating delimitation of the interests of the bureaucracy and the population as a whole, which sooner or later may lead the country to a crisis.
