RESEARCH ON THE INTEGRATED ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION MODEL AND ITS EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION FOR MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE

The purpose of this paper is to construct the integrated organizational innovation model and evaluates the effectiveness of the integrated organizational innovation model. We use fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the effectiveness of Midea Groups integrated organizational innovation model. Finally came to the conclusion: the integrated organizational innovation model of Midea Group is effective, which is in line with the actual situation of Midea Group.

Целью данной статьи является построение интегрированной организационной инновационной модели и оценка эффективности интегрированной организационной инновационной модели. Мы используем комплексный метод оценки нечеткой математики и процесс аналитической иерархии для оценки эффективности интегрированной организационной инновационной модели Midea Group. В итоге пришли к выводу: интегрированная организационная инновационная модель Midea Group эффективна, что соответствует реальной ситуации в Midea Group.
