В статье обосновывается обусловленность правовой деятельности политическими интересами; показывается, почему тексты правовых актов никогда не бывают свободным от политики; анализируется роль и значение Конституционного суда в реализации политических интересов в праве.

POLITICAL INTERESTS IN LAW

The article is devoted to the study of political interests in law. The article substantiates the conditionality of legal activity by political interests; shows why the texts of legal acts are never free from politics; analyzes the role and importance of the Constitutional Court in the realization of political interests in law.
