ВЛИЯНИЕ АТРИБУТИВНОГО СТИЛЯ НА СТРАТЕГИЮ ПОВЕДЕНИЯ ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЕЙ В КОНФЛИКТЕ

В статье проанализирована проблема когнитивной детерминации делового взаимодействия преподавателей. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования атрибутивного стиля как фактора выбора преподавателем стратегии поведения в конфликте.

ATTRIBUTION STYLE INFLUENCE ON THE TEACHERS STRATEGY OF BEHAVIOR IN CONFLICT

The problem of cognitive determination of the interaction in the staff of teachers is analyzed in the article. The results of an empirical study of the attributive style as a factor of teacher' choose of strategies of behavior in the conflict are presented.
