IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MARKETING STRATEGIES IN THE CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS

The article discusses the features of marketing in construction. The information about the current state of marketing of the modern construction market in Russia is given. The characteristic features of the construction market are formulated. The necessity of marketing strategic analysis taking into account external and internal factors of development of the construction business is substantiated. Attention is focused on the need to implement marketing strategies in the construction business. The key aspects of marketing technologies in construction are highlighted.
