The need for communication dialogue became more vivid during war in Syria when migration movements and processes reached its pick. Ministry of Tourism was completely involved in migration process in the pre-war and war periods. In order to succeed and work efficiently, all four analyzed organizations (governmental - Ministry of Tourism Syrian and SANA: Arab News Agency and non-governmental - telecommunication company MTN and bank Bemo Saudi Fransi-SA/BBSF) had to raise and improve their level and practice of corporate communication as the most effective mean of organizing a dialog with their internal and external public. Syrian ministry of Tourism took the main burden of migration in the country during this crisis.
