In this scientific work was evaluated the production of conidia of the isolated autochthonous BN of Beauveria bassiana by means of an alternative of two-phase cultivation. For the blastospores production a half liquid one was used with the help of Molasses and Industrial Yeast both to 2% in water current and for the conidios production several solid substrates was used (cane trash and wooden chip, both enriched with different combinations of Molasses and yeast Torula and left rice, as witness). the indicators of quality were also determined (viability and biological effectiveness) of the produced conidia. It was demonstrated that the best substrates for the conidia production is the rice with 2,39 x109 sustrato conidios.g-1, followed by the combination of Bagasse+Torula with 1,51 x109 substrates conidia.g-1. In all the studied sustratos the biggest conidia production was obtained to the 14 days and the viability went superior to 90% in the sustratos Rice and Bagasse+Torula. The biological effectiveness, Cylas formicarius have more than enough, he/she went superior to 90% to the 11 days. The obtained results constitute contributions to new methodologies for the massive production of B. bassiana with entomopathogenic effect.
