АСПЕКТЫ МОНЕТАРНОЙ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ ЕАЭС

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы, связанные с организацией и функционированием интеграционных процессов ЕАЭС. Рассматриваются предпосылки создания концепции такого союза, возможности реализации интеграционных процессов на современном этапе. Также анализируются структурные и внедренческие аспекты механизмов практической реализации концепции монетарной интеграции. Сделан макроэкономический анализ проблем на пути внедрения концепции интеграционной системы ЕАЭС сформулированы пути их решения. Выделен блок вопросов, связанных с механизмом монетарной интеграции в структуре ЕАЭС. Показана важность стабильного функционирования механизма применения монетарных методов макроэкономического регулирования в рамках экономического союза, как важного фактора его поступательного развития.

In article the main problems connected with the organization and functioning of an integration system of EEU are considered. Prerequisites of creation of the concept of such union, the possibility of integration realization at the present stage are considered. Also structural and implementation aspects of mechanisms of implementation of the monetary integration concept are analyzed. The macroeconomic analysis of problems on the way of introduction of the concept of an integration system of EEU is made ways of their decision are formulated. The block of questions regarding the monetary integration the in structure of EEU is allocated. Importance of an integration monetary mechanism in the economic union as important factor of its forward development is shown.
