В работе автор рассматривает проблему конституционных основ многопартийности и делает попытку на основе анализа института многопартийности в Российской Федерации и США выявить особенности развития данного феномена в разных правовых семьях.

CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF MULTIPARTY SYSTEM IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE USA

The author considers the problem of constitutional foundations of multiparty system and makes an attempt on the basis of the analysis of the Institute of multiparty system in the Russian Federation and the United States to identify the features of the development of this phenomenon in different legal families.
