ПОРЯДОК СОЗДАНИЯ И РЕГИСТРАЦИИ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ КОМПАНИЙ ПО ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВУ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

Статья раскрывает особенности создания и регистрации иностранных юридических лиц с присвоением статуса международной компании по современному отечественному законодательству. Автором проделан обзор нового закона о способах создания международной компании и особенностях ее регистрации, выявлены и систематизированы условия приобретения статуса международной компании, освещен процесс редомициляции иностранной организации в Российскую Федерацию.

The article reveals the special features of the establishment and registration of foreign legal entities with assigning the status of an international company under the modern domestic legislation. The author has reviewed the new law on how to create an international company and the specificities of its registration, identified and systematized the conditions for acquiring the status of an international company, outlined the process of redomiciliation of a foreign organization to the Russian Federation.
