В данной статье рассматриваются общий объем инвестиций в коммерческую недвижимость России, структура инвестиций и основные инвесторы. Проанализирован инвестиционный фон на рынке и причины изменения объема инвестиций в 2018 году.

This article discusses the total volume of investments in commercial real estate in Russia, the structure of investments and major investors. The investment background in the market and the reasons for changes in the volume of investments in 2018 are analyzed.
