ВЛИЯНИЕ ИННОВАЦИЙ В ОБРАЗОВАНИИ СТРАН БРИКС НА ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ ИХ ПОЗИЦИЙ В РЕЙТИНГЕ ГЛОБАЛЬНОГО ИННОВАЦИОННОГО ИНДЕКСА

Целью настоящей статьи стало исследование глобального инновационного индекса стран БРИКС и влияние науки и образования на его изменение. Предполагается, что для повышения глобального инновационного индекса необходимо активно сотрудничество стран БРИКС в области образования и науки. Для этого была проанализирована динамика изменения глобального индекса и направления взаимодействия в области образования стран БРИКС. Для проверки данной гипотезы анализировались официальные данные, размещенные в открытом доступе по странам БРИКС. Было доказано, что на современном этапе развития высшего образования и науки они являются одним из основных компонентов позволяющих активизировать интеграционные процессы по внедрению и обмену инновациями в рамках стран БРИКС.

THE INFLUENCE OF INNOVATIONS IN THE FORMATION OF THE BRICS COUNTRIES ON THE CHANGE OF THEIR POSITIONS IN THE RATING OF THE GLOBAL INNOVATION INDEX

The purpose of this article was to study the global innovation index of the BRICS countries and the impact of science and education on its change. It is assumed that in order to increase the global innovation index it is necessary to actively cooperate with the BRICS countries in the field of education and science. For this, the dynamics of changes in the global index and areas of interaction in the field of education of the BRICS countries were analyzed. To test this hypothesis, we analyzed official data that were publicly available in the BRICS countries. It was proved that at the present stage of development of higher education and science, they are one of the main components allowing intensifying the integration processes for the introduction and exchange of innovations within the BRICS countries.
