The role of harmonization in international private law

Harmonization of international private law is very actual topic in this field of law. In this article I'am going to elaborate the role of harmonization,its impact on society, economy and aims of harmonization. Harmonization can be in every field of international private law: in trade, in contract law, in inherent law etc. I am also going to talk about harmonization of law in Serbia. In this text I'll deal with the processes of harmonization of civil and commercial law whose ultimate goal is to eliminate conflicts of law and creating more favorable conditions for the international trade of goods and services.
