В статье рассматривается законодательное регулирование франчайзинга в американской правовой системе. Изучаются особенности регулирования такого договора. Сравнивается регламентация франчайзинга на разных законодательных уровнях и разными законодательными способами. Осуществляется попытка найти наиболее эффективное законодательство для регулирования данной сферы бизнеса.

LEGAL SPECIFICS OF FRANCHISING DEVELOPMENT IN THE USA

The article is devoted to a legislative regulation in the American legal system. The specifics of the regulation of such an agreement are being considered. Here is also presented a comparison of the regulation of franchising at different legislative levels and different legislative methods. An attempt is being made to find the most effective legislation for regulating this area of business.
