RESULTS OF CARRYING OUT AUDITS ON LAND OVERSIGHT IN MOSCOW REGION AREA

The Land Code of the Russian Federation divides the concepts "state land supervision" and "municipal land control". The separation of these concepts is related to the state functions in respect of land supervision, as well as with regard to issues of land control that are carried out by state bodies and jurisdictional territories, including with respect to the scope of powers granted to the authorized bodies.
