USE OF PREBIOTICS, PROBIOTICS AND SYMBIOTICS IN FEEDS TO INCREASE THEIR PRODUCTIVITY AND PRODUCT SAFETY

With the current scale of industrial poultry farming, it is impossible to dispense with the systematic use of vaccines, antibiotics, which reduce the economic losses from infectious and other diseases. But prolonged and unsystematic application these drugs can adversely affect for product quality and environmental friendliness. Their residual quantities accumulate in poultry products; And prolonged application contributes to the development of resistance of microorganisms to these drugs.
