SELECTION OF INTRODUCED PLANTS ON HIGHER ANTIOXIDANT CONTENT

The introduction of plants has been conducted by mankind since ancient times and it is impossible to name any country in the world that would not use new plants in agricultural production. Questions of biochemical selection of introduced vegetable cultures (stachys, amaranth) with an increased content of biologically active substances for the creation of functional products are considered.
