MORPHOFUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF IMMUNOGENESIS IN FELINE INFECTIOUS PERITONITIS

The paper presents the literature review of feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). Feline infectious peritonitis is one of the most important fatal infectious diseases of cats, the pathogenesis of which has not been fully revealed yet. The diagnosis of feline infectious peritonitis remains a challenge in clinical practice. A complete history, physical examination, and adequate selection and interpretation of diagnostic tests remains the cornerstone of antemortem diagnosis.
