ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ЭКЗАМЕНАЦИОННЫХ ТЕСТОВ ПО ИСТОРИИ И ОСНОВАМ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВА РФ В КОНТЕКСТЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ ОТНОШЕНИЯ В РОССИЙСКОМ ОБЩЕСТВЕ К ИНТЕГРАЦИОННОМУ ЭКЗАМЕНУ ДЛЯ МИГРАНТОВ

В статье анализируется эволюция экзаменационно-тестовых заданий для иностранных граждан в контексте изменения отношения в российском обществе к комплексному экзамену для мигрантов. Показано, как проходило общественное обсуждение модели комплексного экзамена, как воспринималось в обществе его введение. Авторы отмечают особую роль в процессе адаптации иностранных граждан в новом для них сообществе изучения и восприятия его истории, традиций, духовных ценностей, образа жизни. В этой связи анализируются материалы пособий и содержание экзамена, дающие возможность иностранным гражданам изучить основы русского языка, истории и права, лучше узнать принимающее их общество. В результате авторы приходят к выводу, что система экзамена становится эффективным инструментом не только оценивания знаний, но и социокультурной интеграции мигрантов.

EVOLUTION OF EXAMINATION TESTS IN HISTORY AND THE RF LEGISLATION FUNDAMENTALS IN TERMS OF THE RUSSIAN SOCIETY SHIFTING ATTITUDES TOWARDS INTEGRATION EXAM FOR MIGRANTS

The article analyzes the evolution of examination and test tasks for foreign citizens in terms of the Russian society shifting attitudes towards the comprehensive exam meant for migrants. It covers the public debate as to the comprehensive exam model and the way its introduction was received by the society. The authors emphasize the discrete role of studying and perceiving the history, traditions, spiritual values, and lifestyle of the host community for the foreign citizens localization process. In this regard, the article analyses the content of the education guidances and the exam, enabling foreign citizens to learn the basics of the Russian language, history and law, and to better understand the host society. Hence, the authors come to the conclusion that the examination system is becoming an effective tool both to assess the knowledge level, and to help the migrants integrate socially and culturally.
