Статья посвящена анализу практики формирования институциональной среды гос ударственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в нефтегазовом секторе Ирака. Кроме того проведен об щий обзор международного опыта развития ГЧП для обоснования возможности адаптации его к целям взаимодействия государства и бизнеса Ирака в сфере добычи, переработки и транспортировки угле водородов.

The institutional environment of development of public-private partnerships in the oil and gas sector of Iraq and foreign experience

The article analyzes of forming the institutional environment in public-private partnership (PPP) in the oil and gas sector of Iraq. In addition, an overview of the international experience in the development of PPPs has been conducted to justify the possibility of adapting it to the objectives of the interaction of the state and busi ness of Iraq in the field of hydrocarbon production, processing and transportation.
