Подходы к созданию механизма "единого окна" в Европейском союзе

В статье рассматривается опыт Европейского союза по созданию электронной таможни, в частности, деятельность по реализации механизма «единого окна». Производится обзор предполагаемых сценариев связи национальных «единых окон» государств-членов и баз данных Европейского союза. Сделан вывод о возможности применения практики данного интеграционного объединения к деятельности Евразийского экономического союза в этом же направлении.

Approaches to creation of a single window mechanism in the European Union

The article examines the experience of the European Union in creation e-customs, in particular, the implementation of a Single Window system. We review the proposed scenarios for linking the national "single windows" of member states with the databases of the European Union. We draw a conclusion about the possibility of applying in the same direction the practice of this integration association to the activities of the Eurasian Economic Union.
