Построение механизма повышения эффективности деятельности промышленного предприятия на основе синергетической модели

Статья посвящена важной проблеме повышения эффективности деятельности промышленных организаций - построению механизма повышения эффективности, основанного на управлении синергетическим эффектом. Проведен анализ места и роли синергетики как инструмента разработки и реализации механизма повышения эффективности функционирования организации. Описана роль закона синергии при формировании данных механизмов в виде возможности обеспечения максимально полного раскрытия систем взаимодействия различных ключевых факторов, ресурсов, подсистем, способных обеспечить эффективное функционирование и эффективное развитие организации через изменение качества системы и траектории ее развития.

Creating a Mechanism of Increasing the Efficiency of Industrial Enterprises on the Basis of Synergetic Model

The article is devoted to the important problem of increasing the effectiveness of the activities of industrial organizations - building a mechanism for increasing the efficiency on the basis of the synergistic effect. The place and role of the law of synergy as a tool for the development and implementation of the mechanism of increase of efficiency of functioning of the organization has been analyzed. The role of the law of synergy in the formation of these mechanisms is described in the form of the possibility of ensuring the fullest possible disclosure of the interaction of various key factors, resources, subsystems capable of ensuring the effective functioning and efficient development of the organization through a change in the quality of the system and the trajectory of its development.
