Медицинское обслуживание в повседневности колхозной деревни 1930-х гг. (на материалах Юга России)

В статье раскрывается один из недостаточно изученных аспектов деревенской повседневности 1930-х гг., связанный с формированием сети сельских учреждений здравоохранения, оказания медицинских услуг населению и проведения санитарно-гигиенических мероприятий. Доказывается, что в результате осуществления сплошной коллективизации сложилась система медицинского обслуживания как один из базовых элементов деревенской повседневности. При этом не удалось избежать определенных трудностей ее роста, хотя созданные колхозы приняли активное участие в улучшении медицинского обслуживания колхозников.

MEDICAL SERVICES IN EVERYDAY LIFE OF COLLECTIVE FARM VILLAGE IN 1930s (on materials of South Russia)

The article describes the formation of a network of rural health institutions as one of the insufficiently studied aspects of the rural everyday life of the 1930s. The authors show the provision of medical services to the population and the conduct of sanitary and hygienic measures. They prove that the health care system was formed in the course of continuous collectivization. This system was an important element of rural everyday life. The authors also show the difficulties in the functioning of the network of rural health care institutions, despite the fact that the collective farms took an active part in improving the medical care for collective farmers.
