В статье рассматриваются объективные и субъективные признаки преступления, предусмотренного ст. 322.1 УК РФ, а также некоторые законодательные и правоприменительные проблемы применения указанной нормы.

Organization of illegal migration on the russian criminal law

This article deals with the objective and subjective elements of a crime under Art. 322.1 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as some legal and enforcement issues of application of this norm.
