ЕВРОПА В 2025 ГОДУ: НЕГАТИВНЫЕ И ПОЗИТИВНЫЕ СЦЕНАРИИ

Дарендорфский Форум создан в 2010 г. немецкой Школой управления Hertie, Лондонской школы экономики и политических наук и немецким фондом Mercator. Основной целью форума является организация дискуссий по вопросам развития и отношения Европейского союза с пятью ключевыми странами по регионам: Китай, Ближний Восток, Северная Африка, Северная Америка, Российская Федерация/Украина и Турция. Разумеется, представления ведущих европейских экспертов о будущем самого ЕС и дальнейшем развитии интеграционного процесса вызывают самый большой интерес. В докладе совершенно очевидно, что большинство мнений пессимистические, поскольку в 10 из 18 сценариях говорится о возможности эрозии политического единства в ЕС.

EUROPE 2025: NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE SCENARIO

In May 2016 an interesting report was published by Darendor Forum titled "The European Union in the world 2025". The report focuses on EU development scenarios for the next 10 years, as well as on the potential evolution of the Union's foreign policy and its relations with the US, China, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey. The report examined 18 different scenarios, some very real, and the other is marked by eccentricity. However, all scenarios are visions of European expert community and are the main characteristics of the states with which the EU cooperates. Given the fact that the report addresses many scenarios and points of view, this work focuses on the main ideas and visions contained in them, rather than considering each individual scenario.
