Deficiency of vitamins in children is detrimental to health, increasing the risk of violations of the physiological development of children, respectively, reduction of protective functions of the body. 49 children attending pre-school educational institution were estimated for the sufficiency of vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6 by non-invasive methods. Children who took vitamin complexes, were healthy and were provided with vitamins B1 and B6. These data suggest the usefulness of children's vitamin supplementation.
