Гигиеническая оценка питания студентов из стран Латинской Америки, обучающихся в Российском университете дружбы народов

По результатам анкетирования студентов из стран Латинской Америки, обучающихся в Российском университете дружбы народов, отмечено ухудшение их здоровья и изменение массы тела более чем у половины опрошенных студентов, что связано с отсутствием информации о новых условиях жизни, нерегулярным питанием, отсутствием физической активности и плохой организации учебного расписания. Исследование подтвердило необходимость проведения санитарно-просветительной работы среди молодежи, которая может быть реализована различными способами (индивидуальными и коллективными беседами со студентами, лекциями по вопросам здорового образа жизни, памятками, плакатами, листовками, организацией круглых столов с участием студентов и преподавателей ВУЗа).

Hygienic assessment of nutrition in students from Latin America studying at the Russian University of friendship of peoples

As a result of questioning students from Latin America studying in the Russian People's Friendship University revealed a deterioration of their health and change of body weight by more than half of the students surveyed, due to the lack of information about the new conditions of life, due to irregular meals, lack of physical activity and poor organization of the school schedule. The study confirmed the importance of further study of this problem among students and the need for health education among young people, which can be implemented in various ways (individual and collective conversations with students, lectures on healthy lifestyles, memos, posters leaflets, organization of round tables with participation of students and teachers of the University).
