В данной научной статье проведен правовой анализ смертной казни как вида наказания по уголовному законодательству России и стран Азии, Африки и Латинской Америки. В рамках существующего уголовного законодательства обозначенных стран выявлены общие и различные подходы к смертной казни.

In this scientific article legal analysis of the death penalty as a form of punishment in the criminal legislation of Russia and countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America. In the framework of the existing criminal laws designated countries revealed common and different approaches to the death penalty.
