В связи с возросшей мобильностью отдельных индивидуумов и семей при перемещении через границы увеличивается потребность в гармонизированных реакциях на семейные конфликты, особенно в сфере защиты прав детей, и признанных на международном уровне системах и стандартах урегулирования данной области отношений.
