Tendencies and prospects of viticulture development in the Krasnodar region

The performed SWOT-analysis has shown that, in the light of the influence of environmental factors, there are not only threats, but also considerable opportunities for improving competitiveness of the Krasnodar region's winemaking industry: state support, import substitution policy, increase of the demand due to the growing HoReCa segment, low-cost labour. Creation of a viticulture cluster on the Krasnodar region's territory will enable to establish firm relationships between the potential participants, positively affecting the development level and increasing the efficiency of the whole cluster in the region's economic system.
