Опыт применения инъекционной методики терапии акне

Акне является одной из наиболее актуальных проблем в дерматовенерологии. В структуре современной дерматологической заболеваемости на долю пациентов с акне приходится значительное число больных. Все это требует поиска новых методов лечения и профилактики. В ходе исследования проведена оценка эффективности инъекционной методики терапии акне с применением кислого пептидогликана. Показано, что включение в стандартное лечение изучаемого метода повышает клиническую эффективность терапии акне, а также снижает уровень обсемененности протока и фолликула сальной железы Propionibacterium acnes. Эффективность использования модернизированной схемы лечения акне более заметна на примере уменьшения обсемененности именно протоков сальных желез. Предложенная методика обладает эффективностью, безопасностью, возможностью амбулаторного использования.

Experience in the application of injection techniques acne therapy

Acne is one of the most urgent problems in dermatology. In the structure of modern dermatological morbidity, the proportion of patients with acne have a significant number of patients. All this requires new methods of treatment and prevention. Assessed the effectiveness of injection techniques for the treatment of acne with the use of acid of the peptidoglycan. It is shown that the inclusion in the standard therapy study method enhances clinical efficacy the treatment of acne and also reduces the level of contamination of the duct and follicle sebaceous glands of Propionibacterium acnes. The effective- ness of the upgraded scheme of treatment of acne is more evident in the reduction of contamination of the ducts of the sebaceous glands. The proposed method has the advantage of high efficiency, the possibility of outpatient use.
