Механизм реализации приоритетов внешнеэкономических связей Сирии в современных условиях

Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов о механизме реализации важных приоритетов развития внешнеэкономических отношений Сирии в современных условиях. Тема статьи весьма актуальна, так как в последние годы проблема механизма регулирования и развития внешнеэкономических связей (особенно в период экономических санкций) вызывает озабоченность руководств Сирии, других стран, деловых кругов, научной общественности и др. В статье также рассматриваются государственное регулирование и контролирование внешнеэкономических связей в соответствии с их видами, а также инвестиционных, производственных, финансовых и торговых отношений Сирии с другими странами, для достижения национальных целей экономики. В статье освещаются разработанные автором механизмы работы различных институтов и органов власти для связей между ними для улучшения государственного регулирования внешнеэкономических связей страны.

MECHANISM OF REALIZATION OF PRIORITIES OF THE FOREIGN RELATIONS OF SYRIA UNDER CURRENT CONDITIONS

The article investigates the question of the mechanism of implementation of the important priorities of foreign economic relations of Syria today. Subject of article is relevant because in recent years the problem of the mechanism of regulation and development of foreign economic relations (especially in the period of economic sanctions) concern guidelines Syria and other countries, the business community, the academic community, and others. The article also discussed in the present conditions the state regulation and control of foreign economic relations in accordance with their types, investment, production of financial and trade relations of Syria with other countries, in order to achieve the national goals of the economy. In this article, we develop the mechanism of the institutions and the mechanism for the connections between them to improve the state regulation of foreign economic relations of the country.
