Разработка методов и подходов к исследованию внутрибольничных и внутрикомнатных вирусных контаминаций

В исследовании использованы чувствительные методики на основе ПЦР для выявления вирусов гепатита А и С в окружающей среде. Впервые проведено сравнение чувствительности методик с использованием наборов «АмплиСенс® HAV-FL», «АмплиСенс® HCV-FL» (Интерлабсервис) и гнездовой ПЦР. Произведена оценка стабильности вирусов гепатита А и С после аппликации на поверхностяхв течение нескольких суток и возможности последующего определения уровня внутрибольничной и внутрикомнатной контаминации.

Development of methods and apporoaches for detection of intrahospital and indoor viral contamination

There were several tasks in the research: choosing the most sensitive PCR kit for detection of the hepatitis A and C viruses (HAV and HCV), as well as understanding how long time these viruses can be stored on the surface. The comparison was between nested PCR with laboratory developed primers, “Amplicence HAV-FL” and “Amplicence HCV-Eph PCR” (Interlabservise, Russia), and the measurement for how long the hepatitis A and C could be stored on surface was produced in order to know if these viruses are stable and could be used inenvironmental monitoring in identification the level of intrahospital and indoor contamination.
