К ВОПРОСУ О РАЦИОНАЛЬНОМ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИИ ТЕХНОПАРКОВ В РОССИИ

The article presents the variant of a new science parks functioning in Russia. We suggest that the Russian structure of science parks to be reformed. Today the State invests most of the financial resources to the development of small enterprises; private investors are not interested in investing money in new innovative projects, because they don't believe in their recoupment. To solve this problem Russia should take the example of the German structure, where the State plays the role of a mediator and organizes meetings and cooperation among private investors and young entrepreneurs. The government must explain to investors the importance of such cooperation as for their company and the country in the whole.
